(OTC PINK: SVTE) announced that Service Team Inc. has purchased the assets of an operating machine shop. This includes two lathes, two Bridgeport mills, two band saws, a belt sander, grinders and other miscellaneous machines. The lathes and mills come complete with extensive tooling. Also included in this purchase is a scissors lift and a forklift as well as various office furniture.
This acquisition will allow Service Team, Inc. to increase its production capacity. The Company anticipates sales of $3,415,000 by its fiscal year end August 31, 2017. This compares with sales of $2,611,766 in fiscal year 2016, an increase of (24%) twenty-four percent.
