European Energy A/S: Agreement signed for the sale

The European Energy Group today signed an agreement for the sale of a wind park in Germany with a total nameplate capacity of 12 MW to a German buyer. The wind park is located in the German region of Lower Saxony.
The European Energy Group owns just below 50% of the wind farm sold, which is scheduled to come into operation in the course of July 2017. The wind farm consist of a total of 6 Gamesa G97 2.0 MW turbines. The sale is conditioned upon the satisfaction of a number of customary conditions precedent and closing is expected to take place before the end of the month.
With this sale, the European Energy Group successfully implemented the second part of a term sheet signed on 29 March 2017 (see Company announcement 4/2017).
The sale will (subject to closing of the transaction) contribute positively to European Energy A/S' financial position.
