Avivagen Retains Hybrid Financial Inc. for Investo

OTTAWA, July 04, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Avivagen Inc. (TSX-V: VIV ) (OTC Pink:CHEXD) (“Avivagen” or the “Corporation”), a corporation with a proven and commercially-ready, patent-protected product intended to replace the antibiotics added to livestock feeds as growth promoters, announces that it has retained the services of Hybrid Financial Inc. for investor relations activities.

Kym Anthony, Chairman of the Board and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Avivagen noted, “We are pleased to have selected Hybrid Financial to reinforce Avivagen’s profile in the financial community and enhance the visibility of our product portfolio. Avivagen has entered into a three-month agreement with Hybrid Financial, and to pay a monthly retainer of CAD$7,500 starting July 4 ^th , 2017.  Upon the completion of the initial three months, the agreement may be renewed by Avivagen on a month-by-month basis.

Hybrid Financial does not have any interest, directly or indirectly, in Avivagen, or its securities, or any right or known intention to acquire such an interest.
