(TSX-V: VIV ) (OTC Pink:CHEXD) (“Avivagen” or the “Corporation”), a corporation with a proven and commercially-ready, patent-protected product intended to replace the antibiotics added to livestock feeds as growth promoters, announces that it has retained the services of Hybrid Financial Inc. for investor relations activities.

Avivagen has entered into a three-month agreement with Hybrid Financial, and to pay a monthly retainer of CAD$7,500 starting July 4 th , 2017. Upon the completion of the initial three months, the agreement may be renewed by Avivagen on a month-by-month basis.
