Jyrki Hallikainen has on 3 July 2017 informed Digia that the amount of Digia Plc's shares and votes under his control is under 5% of Digia Plc's shares and votes. Altogether Jyrki Hallikainen controls 1,275,995 shares of Digia, corresponding to 4.76% of Digia's all shares and votes.
The share capital of Digia Plc comprises in total 26,823,723 shares.
