SOLON EIENDOM ASA STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT Solon Eiendom ASA - Sales in Q2 2017
Oslo, July 3, 2017 - Solon Eiendom sold 68 homes with a total sales value of NOK 685 million during the second quarter of 2017 compared to 32 homes with a total sales value of NOK 177 million in the second quarter of 2016. The company had 257 units under construction at June 30, 2017.
The average price per home for the quarter was NOK 10.0 million, compared to NOK 5.5 million in the corresponding period last year. The increase in average price per home is due to sales for the Bygdøy, Kollentunet and Jegerveien projects.
During the quarter, 4 homes were completed, and 6 were delivered to the buyer.
