Vivendi acquires the Bollore Group's majority stake in Havas
Pursuant to the agreement executed on June 6, 2017, and following the approval by the relevant competition authorities, today Vivendi acquired the 59.2% stake in Havas held by the Bolloré Group, at a price of €9.25 per share.
In accordance with market regulations, Vivendi will launch a simplified tender offer on the remaining Havas shares, which offer is not aimed at a delisting of the Havas shares.
