No, Megamania, you are not wrong...completely....or, right, completely, in my view. Allow me the following to explain.
First, Legal requirements for a privately held company to it's investors is called fiduciary responsibility. That is to keep, ' INVESTORS' , informed of any important details that have to do with the company. As a holder of shares of CENB I am , you are,, and anyone who got the dividend shares are.....' INVESTORS ' in that company.
So, do not try to play this off like it is none of my business. That dog does not hunt , my friend.
Next, I fully understand and accept my responsibility for buying any shares of anything I buy. The potential profit, or loss in doing so, and am not BLAMING , Bill for what I buy or do not buy, or sell, or do not sell. That has nothing to do with it.
As to , Facebook.....Mark Zuck, sucks as far as I am concerned for a number of reasons, and mostly to do with what he does with information he get from the members of Facebook. I had a HUGE fight with them some years ago about that, and have not used it since and do not intend to in the future. If others choose to do so, I am not saying do not. I am saying that my reasons are valid for not doing so, and I do not think I should be, PRESSURED , into doing so , because I need information from a particular company, and that is the only way I can get it. That is my point on FACEBOOK.
I own at least 3 other companies that simply send information to all shareholders via a newsletter. It is a very simply thing to do, and can be set up in 1 or 2 days with a temp. Doesn't cost hardly anything.
The only people who would get the newsletter would be shareholders.....what is the problem with that ???? And EVERYONE would be kept up to date on information at the same time, opposed to being FORCED to participate on a webpage that some may feel is not a safe website because of misuse of information.
Do you REALLY think that is unreasonable ???
