Nothing to say they won't...contract negotiations take time.My last one took months..lost it to a competitor last minute..then we were signed after the contractor who bumped us was dismissed when they found out his calculations and design would never have worked.Our original quotation had the right design info the whole time but the builder got price sensitive last minute and bumped us.Back in the fold and the project is running smoothly..this is what happens sometimes.

QMC is up against cad free suppliers like Nanoco..its very feasible that they may have tried them and switched back to QMC when their testing showed less than what was expected.Samsung dropped Dow/Nanoco a few years back in favor of Hansol because of that issue.QMC , Nanoco and others are all trying to produce cad free at near cadmium performance..this is very difficult..and why its taken time to perfect.Coaters get differing results as they all have different ways of making film.I'm pretty confident that some of the 5 coaters mentioned have figured it out now or shortly will and there will be lots of competion for QMC supplied cad free film in the near future.
I also like the fact that they are working in parallel on future qd display tech QLED..MicroLeds..etc.
