Conundrum. Below $2 can't be forced to sell above $2 can't be forced to sell unless it is a corporate action with a exit date... which forces the sell. Apex would then take over from my understand so that the exit date was not missed. DUTV/PTEL/ENTI/ABVG and restricted in that account. Ally Financial acquisition of TradeKing makes it a Dodd Frank action I believe.
My numbers suggest June 30 2017 today was the end of the line...so we should be in a 10-30-60-90 day window. PTEL delisting should have happened today. -1,000,000 DUTV -7,000 PTEL in my activity log.
