Enter SEC/DTCC/brokerage fix to cover with the asset sell and federal government assets of 1.4 Billion...trader is a dumb-ass newbie we'll buffalo him he'll sell and throw in the towel. Problem fixed. The dumb-ass trader didn't flinch and here we are. Be my best guess with 100's of billions of shares in the mix.
