That goes to my point that there is a definite disadvantage to not being on Facebook as a shareholder in what Bill is involved in, if in fact he chooses to continue to use that as an only source of information.
I do understand why he did that, and he had good intentions, but, the result is that it cost me a 75 % loss.
I am not on facebook because of the way they use member information. But, we have had that conversation. The point is that I feel that he is not looking out for ALL investors interest, and the advantage goes to those on that site. Does he not see that is a serious issue ??? It may be legal to use social media...., but, I can see the fault in using that as the ONLY source.
Perhaps , he could use a data base to release information only to shareholders, for less than government filings, but, there as well.
I have 3 stocks that I am on the mailing list for and it works great.
