Fun times bio...and a little too crazy for my tastes. Too bad the CEO ran off with the tech and left investors high and dry lol.

I like TOB's post here. He gives options, depending on your ability to cope and deal. Having had to deal with individuals like the one you posted makes it an easy choice for me, but admittedly I'm still coming up to speed on the granular details.

I'm personally seeing the negativity about CTIX at this time being amateur hour--don't even consider them professionals. This will of course change as the stakes get higher.
