So, anyone who bought QMKR did so at their own risk. Including myself. I knew the shares were too cheap, and I only expected they would be converted by some kind of RS to a lesser amount of shares equal the price of the dividend shares when they started trading. I never calculated the potential for a divorce. Surprise!

QMKR was originally intended to provide a means for CEN shares to fold into, and trade, after the completion of the forward triangular merge. I can only presume that relationship is no longer required, hence the divorce. Furthermore (if true) this is a great thing for Cen holders. We shed a shit ton of dilution, return to 7-12 million share structure (depending on the deal for Tesla). Given Bill's post last night in FB rooms,

"It was deemed in the best interest of CEN biotech shareholders to terminate the agreement with QMKR. In the coming weeks, there will be numerous updates made via 8k filings. Things are heating up and we hope to unveil our hard work of the past three years in the near future."

it appears to me, he found a way to get Cen Biotech Inc trading on its own two feet. If he did, then of course, the best thing for shareholders was to lose all the extra weight the QMKR deal put on us. All IMHO
