American Power Group Corporation (APG) offers dual fuel conversion technology. The Company operates through two segments: dual fuel conversion operations and natural gas liquids operations. The Company's dual fuel conversion system is an external fuel delivery enhancement system. It allows diesel engines to run on diesel fuel and compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquefied natural gas (LNG); diesel fuel and pipeline gas, well-head gas or approved bio-methane, or 100% diesel. American Power Group, Inc. is the subsidiary of the Company. The Company, through Trident NGL Services, is engaged in wellhead gas flare capture and recovery services. Trident NGL Services is a division of American Power Group, Inc. The Company provides flare capture and recovery services to the oil and gas production operators. The Company sells a portion of the natural gas liquids (NGL) being processed by it as fuel, emulsifiers/dilutants or as feed stock to be further processed by refiners.
