Form 4's filed: What the heck does it mean?
i saw on iFlub people coming up with crazy reasons the Form 4 was filed. Heres my opinion:
Form 4's have to be filed within 2 days from the transaction, so whatever happened, occurred either Tuesday or Wednesday.
Notice Section 3 has an 'F' as the Code.

In other words, they sold some shares to pay taxes for some sort of transaction. its nothing too important but we'll see what happens.
In fact, if you look on the form, it says "
Explanation of Responses:
(1) Represents shares withheld and disposed of by the issuer's equity plan administrator to satisfy withholding taxes due in connection with the vesting of shares underlying a previously disclosed equity award."
