Co., Limited (the “HK Subsidiary”) for streamlining the structure of the Company. In addition, the Company has decided to terminate the operation and cancel the business registration of Jiayuan International Trade (Shanghai) Co., Limited (the "SH Subsidiary") due to unfavorable financial situation.
