Ive watched ICLD for a while, the Company is in complete turn around, it would take a while for me to explain everything I have written on ihub or InvestorHangout, but Il give you the short and quick version...
Company was delisted from the Nasdaq, their is a lawsuit against Grant thorton, who did their audit in 2015-2016, that was the initial reason they were delisted, they made the company look horrible...when that lawsuit gets settled it will only be great news for the company.......the company is doing everything they said they would do to shareholders, they have payed down debts greatly and sold some subsidiaries of theirs which were not major revenue contributors. Company is now lean and mean...
we are now looking at a company who has over 50 mil in revenue with less than 5mil debt, this is a cloud computing company and cloud computing by 2020 will be a trillion dollar business. This Ceo has been nothing but honest with his shareholders, and he has done this for a very long time...such an undervalued company its crazy..
