Many approved drugs are based on folk remedies or compounds found in plants -- think of aspirin, which originally was derived from willow bark. (Note: willow bark tea does work, but is dangerous because of all the other compounds in it -- stick to aspirin.)

But this.... well..... it raises some questions. It's pretty obvious how one would collect camel milk, no big deal -- but how do you collect the camel urine?
