i know the rigged game because i've spent many of the last several years
documenting those actual OTC companies .. i'm actually invested in
and took the time to learn the patterns in play because i'm chart challenged

so i had to *learn* another way .. i don't expect anyone to have done
what i've done .. i spent the month of Feb 2010 on the phone working
thru both Finra employees and SEC employees .. perhaps that is why
i'm slightly more favorable to FINRA than i am the SEC which imo is
national disgrace and should be disbanded and reconstituted .. there
are days i ask myself how the SEC employees can look themselves
in the mirror ..

for years i paid for 2 sources of RT l2 on OTC stox .. to compare what
was shown vs what was actually *reported* .. it matters .. any MM can
be hired as a *decoy* but per Finra only those who actually do the trades
can report for each month's MM Monthly .. which i've also previously noted here

side note: LAFC last few days .. decoy or legit MM on IPIX .. my odds *decoy*
for CDEL

imo the *majority* of US based OTC companies will not survive the attn
of those who target them for their cycles of money .. and do so as if there
is nothing wrong with destroying totally legit companies .. their mgmt teams
and their investors

that is beyond disgraceful .. and it should be addressed vs ignored
but until that happens .. i'm content to working off the shits *efforts* and
*adding* significantly to my *shares* every time the morons *gamble* their
way will *work*

an educated retail coupled with an aware and savvy mgmt team who has the goods .. can *outlast* those who do rig the game
