Nouveau Life Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTC PINK: NOUV) announced today that it has acquired all of the shares of Smartco Energy Inc. ("SMARTCO"
in its first step to implement its strategy to capitalize on the ESCO market. http://www.smartcoenergy.com
Smartco has structured itself as a one-stop for energy savings for both commercial and residential applications. It is in the process of establishing exclusive selling territories and management has forged relationships with key best in class service providers to implement energy savings solutions with companies such as Calpine for energy distribution, Kvar for peak load reductions, Roomcheck for hotel packages, Invivid for LED lighting, Wireless Controls Group for outdoor lighting and Entuit for indoor controls and HVAC controls.
"With the structure in place, we are now ready to build out our territories. I believe strongly we are in the right market at the right time to develop an aggressive marketing campaign similar to a franchise model in 480 territories. The Company is also in the process of finalizing paperwork to change its name from Nouveau Life Pharmaceuticals to better reflect is business strategy and operations.
