$PSGR I just had a 'WHAT IF?" moment. Earlier today I posted and asked 'what was/is happening with Blackridge?' and just now had the What If? thought.
Looking back over the past year or two, certain corporate activities were described by Pershing Resources in Press Releases. Among the most glaring (and frustrating) were the Blackridge investment of 'up to $1Million for up to 10% of the stock'; the hiring of consultants; and the acquisition of additional mining claims/mines. The 'What if? centers on the lack of action by Pershing Resources to consummate the deal with Blackridge. WHAT IF the consultants DID find potentially outstanding deposits of precious metals ores or an abundance of, for example, Molybdenum at one or more of the claims sites? If I were in their position, I would drag my feet in getting the paperwork through the SEC. I would WAIT until I was absolutely positive that I needed the $1Million because I could not raise sufficient capital /OR/ I could not find a partner for a JV.
What if WE are close to FINALLY seeing a real positive and profitable occurrence after all these long years of little to nothing? Yeah, we have been here before. Yeah, I may be chasing rainbows. Yeah, something always comes up to bury our hopes. Maybe it IS time to breakout of the past frustrations & failures and experience success.
At this point in time, what is there to lose? Many of us have waited for decades! What if I am right? (That has a nice sound to it!)
