one of the reasons i document the daily tape of trades and observe RT l2
(real time level 2) on those handful of OTC companies i'm invested in ..
is to see how many times a size of 2000 visible via X MM on ask .. can be
utilized when say 50,000 in volume (trades) goes off at that specific pps
with no change (NC) on the ask size .. some entity is playing games ..
the ? becomes who and why .. and if reported .. how reflected ..
one fact i'm pretty clear on .. it's not retail playing the games .. tho' imo there
are retail *crews* who do work SMBs .. but due to a more educated retail
perhaps not quite so successfully as they did 15 to 20 years ago
the rise of SMBs approx 15 to 20 years ago in conjunction with many brokerage
firms going the route of sub $20.00 self directed trades had the potential for exploitation
and imo it was .. i remember *early* into my first foray on the vehicle of choice
for stock manipulation (ihub)
the *appearance* (posts) by certain aliases there .. would get folks to sell first
then ask ?s .. a very handy *routine and pattern* .. indeed .. if an entity needed
*volume* created for *liquidity* for either a PPS take up or take down
then came the era of *authorized* hit pieces designed to fill x entities' coffers
that then morphed to a slightly more sophisticated approach of trolling for lead
plaintiffs for those CAs (suits) trotted out to force mgmts' hands (by this time
most OTC *targets* would be well into toxic death spirals) into doing R/S
(reverse splits) which were automatically *re-shorted* back below pps of R/S pps
making a never ending cycle that rarely benefitted anyone but the manipulators
make no mistake .. those who illegally manipulate can almost always out last
both retail investors and totally legitimate OTC companies .. when they *cant*
because of various factors including the science and tech or investors who have
figured out NRs' actions and can't be shaken out of their shares.. it becomes a
matter of time waiting out *outcomes* ..
taking note *there* of the new *seeds* being utilized *there* .. one of the biggest ironies
i find *there* is the appearance of new *seeds* .. never *reflected* in board marks (another aspect regularly documented)

Ha ha, just teasing. Its a good debate though. I am not experienced or savvy enough to weigh in, but I appreciated the conversation. Maybe it goes to show that this is how people can manipulate the system if they chose to. It is because it has become so convoluted that it is very hard to figure out what is actually occurring in real time. I dunno, just my brain droppings.
