Involvement of subsupplier for the Local Authorities' Benefits System, KY EG has been delayed in delivering the Local Authorities' Benefits System, and EG has assessed that the delivery will be optimally ensured by combining a subsupplier's standard application and EG's expertise within the organisational implementation. Consequently, EG's interim financial statements as of 30 June 2017 will be affected by a reversal of work in progress, penalties to KOMBIT and provisions to cover costs for the remainder of the contract term. This will be shown as a separate item in the interim announcement.
