VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 27, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Growth Holdings Ltd. (TSX-V: FGH ) (“ First Growth ” or the “ Company ”) wishes to announce that, further to the news releases of June 6, 2016, September 13, 2016, November 4, 2016 and April 3, 2017, the Company and Ronald Cox, Ann MacMurray Cox and Stone Ledge Holdings Ltd. (the “ Petitioners ”) have executed releases of claims in favour of respective parties and completed deliveries of all of the items required under the Terms of Settlement agreed upon by the Company and the Petitioners.   The parties now only await the endorsed consent order for dismissal to be processed by the court.
