I had trouble couple weeks ago at my daughters house in NJ I email back the conformation email when I got home and DF him self emailed back very quickly and asked what exactly was the problem, I had left NJ and back in CT but I think it was her wifi connection because we had problems with iPhones dropping signal also. point being contact the company through email. Ultraflix works great at home just waiting for more content................
