I could be mistaken, but I believe they have a contract with Emilia to make the cream. I'm uncertain, but believe the cannabis component may be added wherever you cannot ship cannabis based products into a State or Country.

I think getting the cream into the market anywhere in the world is the key to future success. We'll need to gather anecdotal evidence of it's benefits, and as long as that goes well, the drug will sell itself and generate interest in other products to come.
I've had a few of the drugs I've used made in compounding pharmacies, I would suspect that any of them could put together the cannabis cream if they had the cream base, and the cannabis oils needed to combine with it. The cream that was made for me in the past was put in a plastic dispenser that gave a measured amount easily.
