this is why *imo* anyone who wants to can track their own time stamps to see
what is done .. can do so .. and courtesy of ihang's time and sales link to IPIX
trades (goes back 30 days) .. it is easily sourced for those days any one buys
or sells *shares* of $IPIX
i have a very simple philosophy about the OTC (after years of learning patterns
in play *imo* orchestrated by non retail) .. i don't whine about
*pps compression and *imo* illegal stock manipulation and the means and
methods it comes about because my expectation is that mgmt having *survived*
this long as an OTC pubco .. is *aware* .. clearly some OTC mgmt teams are
more aware and savvy than others
.. what i do do .. is buy off of slimes' efforts .. which is
why i'm so laser focused on when 52 week lows are reset and the *trades* done
leading to those resets .. (this is why *imo volume* avgs and daily tape of trades
and what is marked and *reported* via MMs .. over weeks/months and yep in
some cases years .. matters) .. every investor and/or trader has their own criteria
based on their own experiences ..
my caveats being met by mgmt (foundation is granite *imo*) .. i will always DCA
(dollar cost avg) IPIX shares .. regardless of where PPS is taken .. up or down
works for me i build a core holding of *shares* and then trade in and out about
20 to 25 % of that core .. this is why when a stock is *relentlessly* compressed
and that compression *narrows* continuously for months or years with *volume*
decreasing .. i suspect *stress* is very much in play for those who do *orchestrate*

One of our members, some time ago, reported that when there was supposedly a 75,000 share ask, he put in a bid for 4,000 at the ask. Boom ! The "ask" magically disappeared.
And this is why we get some posters constantly claiming that the low stock price shouldn't be blamed on manipulation --- oh no -- "we conspirators/paid shills know better, it's just that the company needs a reverse split, or Leo should step down, blah blah blah...." Hogwash. Of course, some of those people are just mentally ill trolls too.
