$7 a share is cheap.
The only hardball they can play is not to show any interest in the Company. I doubt they'll be able to steal away the customers that the Company currently has. Petri plates are a commodity so those buying from the Company aren't doing it to save a few pennies per petri plate. They are buying Nanologix petri plates for the benefits offered by its patented flatpack packaging.
And if the big boys do ignore Nanologix, it'll just take a little longer to save enough cash to fund the development of more N-Assay kits. Cash from sales of flatpack petri plates, cash from sales of the N-Assay kits to that large company mentioned before, and cash from sales of BNP to Africa(?).
Bret does have much work to do, but thus far, he's delivered all the while saving us from death spiral financing.
And if just one of the big boys break rank, I think it will set off a feeding frenzy. Nanologix patented technology and products derived from them would give the acquiring company HUGE advantages over its competition.
