Yep, dw, no processed foods. Fresh fruits and veggies,fish, I love hamburger and mix some in with quinoa, but backing off the hamburger a bit., eating eggs, like 2 eggs and one yolk removed, eating too many nuts. Nuts are like no carbs, but high calories which keeps my weight up. I got to cut back on nuts.
No processed foods, no grains(quinoa is a seed), no potatoes(sad, love them, no beans, and no sugar.
