So whats probably happening here is for the past few days people have been taking profits. many previous generation investors sold their positions during the huge fall from $6 to .02 due to the RS that didnt happen.
Many of these previous generation investors will probably try to start a new position with the notion the PPS will recover back to $6+
In other words, we're in the middle of a huge correction. DCTH is a multi-million dollar company and doesnt belong in pennies. right now, the stock is figuring out who's going to be invested prior to post-correction.
