What I find interesting from the 8k is that now they are allowed to discuss the proprietary intellectual property with other companies.... If I was a company JVing, partnering, or purchasing another company I would not execute the contract until I knew everything or at least leave it pending. What is interesting is that OWCP said they would announce the new CFO no later than July 1st. What that tells me is they were waiting on something. If this new CFO is coming from another company who is taking a vested interest in OWCP then you best believe the confirmation of the new CFO and potentially new CEO would not be announced until the investing company confirmed everything that was said they were getting was what they actually were getting.

I highly suspect the announcement of new key leadership will be proceeded or shortly followed with the announcement of a big name partner.
