For new investors who only focus on daily candles and colors, its easy to ignore the fact that DCTH has made immense progress over the years.
In 2010, they applied for the CE Mark so that their product could be sold in Europe December 2010:

Which means their product was so effective and management was so efficient, they received the CE Mark in under 4 MONTHS .
Ever since then, their product has been used throughout Europe. We're not waiting for FDA approval in order for the PPS to go back up; that's going to happen sooner or later. The PPS fell due to impending fear of a RS which did NOT happen because DCTH's shareholders were smart enough to reject it. How many times does THAT happen??
