Owcp told me an a email that they were not sure where I got that there was an illegal dumping of shares.
There case was just on the basis of being misrepresented they told me. Although this email was well before zivs firing and maybe more things have come to light over it since then.
As far as the cfo resigning, a much better option to move the company forward Has come along and his announcement will please the investment community IMO
