Unfortunately phony liars use these boards alongside genuine investors. A membership club provides the plus that corporate will be able to verify information which will weed out most of the ass thorns. Judging by what I've seen, which includes the recording of the last shareholders meeting, there will always be few morons that actually do own shares, but they have more shares than brain cells.LOL Nevertheless, it'll be nice to know it's shareholders only.
