Remember, the buyer will be buying geographically

Also, there will most likely (100% likely I would say) be some contractual agreement reinforcing this-thus prohibiting the buyer from selling to the USA etc markets (unless NNLX later allows them to do that via some licensing/ royalty agreement).
Another advantage of such patent sales.
As we all know its difficult for startups to break into previously existing buyer seller relationships dominated by huge companies.
But when some huge corporation buys 1 of these patents for scores of millions of dollars as Mits/Scott has pointed out (based on discounted future value) they can use their huge distribution channels to get the product out into mainstream consciousness.
That will be free advertising for NNLX flat pack product in USA, U.K.etc. and also may help recognition of the N-Assay etc.
Since it is a globalist business environment, especially if the buyer is a multinational who also does business in USA etc,the USA etc markets will finally become aware of NNLX's superior flat pack product. Then the USA etc market will be much more likely to buy from NNLX or its assigns.
Also, at that point,if NNLX deems it to be advantageous, NNLX could license sales to other markets and receive royalty payments for such sales.
Also a word re the length of patents since the main basher has tried to plant a seed of doubt re the length of such. Intellectual property etc patents, the type that would most likely be applicable here, are usually good for over 20 years and usually renewable for the same time frame. NNLX's patent attorney Gwen executed a flurry of these patents 2-5 years ago,so they have a long remaining life -which increases their value, especially those overseas patents which are the newest.
If NNLX sat on those, e.g., EU patents without creating their own EU distribution channels, the value of those patents would decline year by year. So this is information NNLX is aware of in their timing of those patents. And so their decision to sell certain patents and reap the benefits noted above is something that was in their mind at least as a possibility when they executed those patents. Scotts recent posts discuss that issue more fully.
