Major retail outlet? Beyond Amazon, which she's not on (although she says she's coming back) she would need to score with"major". I take major retail outlets to be Walmart, Target, Costco (or the like, which would be MAJOR), Walgreens or something along those lines.
I don't consider Mr. Checkout major and I don't think she's done a good job in supporting the PPS since the collapse from .05. If she does hit a major one, it could boost her back into the penny range.
