Reassuring email received from management.
Part of my due diligence has been to scrutinize and question every bit of information we have received from management. For example the past few weeks I questioned the resignation of Shmuel De-Saban, the role of Alon Sinai and his level of commitment to the company, the real motives behind the company’s desire to list on TSX and other exchanges, even their engagement of CFN Media, etc. etc. Often my emails have been laced with expletives. To their credit, their replies have remained consistent and professional.
Below is an email that I received yesterday from Amir:
Xxxxx,
I appreciate your communication.
Alon Sinai is obliged to dedicate 65% of his time to Owcp it's on our reports . In practice he spends 110% of his time for OWCP .
He was involved with LBT long before he joined Owcp starting when it was still only an academic project .
Alon Sinai is also still responsible to all IDF doctrine for field hospitals , even though he retired 4 years ago
None of the above interfere with his Owcp performances .
Apple CEO , FB CEO , google CEO and many other CEO' have other things that they do and boards they sit at ! So what ??? Does it make them less committed ???
In fact during 2016 he worked almost for free since we did not have money .
You may choose to continue being bitter and negative , obviously for no reason , because in tact , the company is progressing according to its reported operating plan almost in 1:1 match to the
Predicted time table .
While I completely understand your frustration regarding trading and the stock price , allow me to express my opinion that this has nothing to do with Owcp and or its management.
It has only to do with general atmosphere re cannabis in the U.S and has affected , all MMJ trading companies with no exceptions. This is part of the reason why we are making an effort to cross list to Canada .
