This is an opinion board and all are entitled to express theirs. It doesn't bother me that not everybody believes naked shorting is an ongoing problem. Heck. my own full serve broker who had been n the business for 30 years didn't believe until he spent the time to investigate, research and observe. He was amazed. Lucky for us we have management that is savvy and we have the science. That 1-2 punch is going to knockout the shorts in due time. We are fortunate indeed as many companies have been bankrupted by these criminals.
