Share Buying Interest in Pershing Resources appears to be dependent upon company Press Releases or lack thereof. Throughout the existence of this company, investors have experienced relatively long periods of silence (no Press Release information) and periods of semi-weekly Press Releases. Press Releases appear to stir the pot and, typically, investors respond in a positive manner. Investors have relayed to me their frustrations for each extended period of silence by Pershing Resources. The frustrations mount as share price continues to drop during this period of silence. Yeah, it is only a Penny Stock. Yeah, every investor wants to see this puppy turn a Big Profit. Yeah, little has happened over the life span of this company. And, Yeah, long term investors may just be the most frustrated of all investors in this company. So what happens from here?
The first question becomes: Why does the company buy additional mining claims when they have done little if anything to their long term holdings?
The only conclusion that I can reach is that corporate Pershing Resources is attempting to put together the most attractive package (image) that is possible and use the 'holdings' as leverage when negotiating for possible JV (Joint Venture) associations /OR/ when attempting to secure a loan.
The next question is: Why has everything taken so long?
The most obvious answer (to me) is that the corporation simply does not have the necessary finances /OR/ is afraid to commit the REQUIRED monies to initiate mining operations. A review of share sales for the past years leads one to the conclusion that revenues from shares is miniscule. Corporate officers MAY have invested XXX number of Dollars, but common share holders have no avenue to follow the corporate internal investment process.
The final question is: What happens now?
Pure conjecture on my part but I am inclined to believe that EITHER/OR: /EITHER/ the corporation is close to sealing a deal with another company for a JV to initiate mining operations in at least one of the locations...my guess is the Kingman location/Enterprise Mine. /OR/ the corporation is close to receiving the FUNDING from Blackridge and will invest in additional properties (claims) and start a SMALL SCALE precious metals recovery operation at one of the Arizona claims locations.
Summary
Everything I related above is PURE CONJECTURE on my part. DO NOT invest in any stock without completing YOUR own due diligence. Penny Stocks are HIGH RISK stocks and you can lose every Penny you put in to purchase shares.
Currently, I remain hopeful that this corporation will become a productive mining company. This attitude can change at a future date IF events suggest that nothing of value will ever be reached. Fortunately, Penny Stocks do not require a huge investment to purchase several hundred or thousand shares. HOWEVER, never invest an amount that you can not afford to lose!
