IMPORTANT IR UPDATE-
When can we expect an announcement on the 21M investment ?
IR reply - "Due diligence was completed a few weeks ago. You can expect to receive a public announcement when the deal has been finalized, and that hasn’t happened yet, but it is "imminent".
I also questioned both DF and IR why so long a delay on the A-list content uploading, My response came DIRECTLY from IR however DF helped foster a very very interesting and candid reply from IR.
Per IR, NTEK has not had the cash resources to pay the "upfront" advances necessary to complete the license agreements. Each major studio requires a "multi million" dollar commitment and "half million" dollar or more advance against a minimum guarantee.
Per IR once the funding is closed there will be a quick turnaround with content loading onto to UF. They need the money from the 21M funding to pay for the advances, I was again advised the closing of the 21M funding is imminent!!!!
There you have it NTEK longs. Finally an answer that makes total fuking sense. I am buying and I mean buying mucho shares down here.
