I respect Atlas1 and share his sentiment and understand his perspective but it is a TOS violation to post content of a PM. IMO Atlas1 saying, "I'd like to see some significant progress starting NOW!" has an implied 'or else'. And that's an attitude of mild intimidation. Hence bullying. It doesn't make him out to be a bully at all. DF said you can't bully him. If seems pretty benign to me. At least he responded.
The utmost of patience is essential now.
