News to be released this week (confirmed via phone call to company) -source multiple reputable ihub members.
New CEO of PDGO is also owner of Tide company. Tide company website says "News Coming Soon". Lots of talk and dots connected pointing to a merge here.
In 2014 the companies last report was 5 wells yielding 5.1 mill in revenue. They own over 300 in about 4 states.
