telling .. how it always comes back to each individual P2O investor
of which there are thousands ..
it's very easy to label a targeted company and then to *pretend* that
there would be no impact from *target's* stock compressed non stop
since Jan 2013 (last run stopped out @ 1.49 which is what i refer to
as (one of) NRs' cycles of money in play)
folks can offer opinions and agree to disagree about methods undertaken
by mgmt and what they would do differently .. but that is an *exercise*
because again no one here controls any outcome beyond their respective DD
and whether they buy .. sell or hold their PTOI *shares*
it always comes down to basics .. there are X amount of shares issued and
outstanding .. there is a float and there is restricted stock .. there is a tech many
consider to be both disruptive and in an emerging sector .. a sector that could
span the coming decade .. there is competition but currently none that are public
so *true* comps are impossible .. there is money being allocated (state of Indiana)
globally to this emerging sector and there are options that *most* can see
in relation to P2O's mgmt and choices they can undertake .. some of those
have been discussed in this venue ..
and of course there is the fact of *volume* (done via daily tape of trades) and what that
factually shows since 2013 (when current CEO was installed) YOY YTD *volume*
has successively decreased in relation to the pps compression
as has been pointed out .. *usually* when that happens .. *volume* increases
it doesn't decrease .. which is why it's nice to find at least other compliant
(OTCQB) stocks that have similar SS and see the *volume* undertaken on them
in relation to what PTOI's volume shows (avgs)
with 10M *more* re: issued/outstanding .. and NRs' cycle of money fully *engaged* for months now ..

*imo* a stock that due to total lack (years) of *liquidity* .. due to mostly abusive
efforts .. is difficult for most retail to *trade*
imo most retail doesn't *short* OTC stox
now does any of this knowledge and awareness *guarantee* P2O's ability to execute
nope ..
but some of us *recognize* the odds in play due to years of serial efforts *against*
all aspects P2O related ..
