Just a wild guess. The valuation mostly has to do with the valuable IP they potentially possess. However, the $20B (10 year?) gov contract will have large companies drooling because, they know that the government WILL spend that money. I honestly think any potential buyout offer that is taken will be for around $5B - 7.5B. If current outstanding is around 5B (conservative guess), and an equity player bought 3B of those leaving 2B outstanding would value the company PPS around $2.5 - $5.
Again, these numbers are just assumptions, but I do know they're buying shares back. If they were diluting the PPS would not have been able to stay up the way it did.

If you take 25% of the 5 day average volume and compare it to the sum of all the t-trades that have been taking place it would seem like they are buying back shares.

A company is not required to announce a share buyback through an 8K. The SEC only requires the company provide detailed information regarding the share structure which includes repurchases. This is exactly what I suspected they would do. Get all the contracts in order, silently repurchase shares, announce 10-K.
Why would a company keep it silent? Why would a company not complete financials before they had an equity investor? They wanted to keep the price down, so they could buy back at a reasonable price. Under rule 10b-18 of the SEC a company must repurchase at a price that does not exceed the highest independent bid or the last transaction price quoted. Also, The issuer can't purchase more than 25% of the average daily volume.
Enter the t-trades everyone has been seeing the past few days. The company enters their bid at the end of the trading day based on the last transaction price quoted. Market opens on company's bid and reports the trade at end of the day.
I think they had a large equity investor buy in last week, so the company could absorb a large percentage of the outstanding. I also think that the Ecrypt One patent was approved, and the 'you'll poop your pants' news is going to be a buyout offer from Microsoft or Amazon (think...they went through a rigorous trial test with Amazon Web Services). This buyout will easily be in the $5-10 billion range strictly due to the fact they have a patent approved, autonomous, cyber prevention software. The $20B government contract vehicle alone would make this a $5B valuation. It's an almost guaranteed immediate return on investment for any company interested.

I'll tell you all what's retarded...options...how $HD beats earnings AND raises forecasts yet all options (calls & puts) go down is beyond me, but I digress. Looking to bounce back tomorrow, and close out my positions so I can send more Cellucci's way

Of the top 50 tech companies to watch in 2017 only 1 has anything to do with e-mail security, and their security is unifying e-mails into one environment on the CLOUD which is without a doubt turning into one of the most unsecure environments hackers are drooling at the mouths to start destroying with cyberbots. However, companies are not stupid enough to store critical information on these platforms, so it's not lucrative for hackers to break, yet.
Oh, by the way, #28 is a partner of Bravatek that is licensed to sell Ecrypt One. I'll be waiting for your next argument to demolish with articles and due diligence.

To all those that are long. The COC is excellent news, and we should expect to see PR of signed contracts moving forward. Again, no contracts can legally be signed without the COC, so this is why nothing has been produced to this point. This week there will be announcements of the DOD and other government entities. Don't be surprised if you see a few Fortune 500 companies signing up for their Ecrypt One software packages as well
Best of luck to all!

As a former partner in a corporation; in order to be in good standing with the state the company is incorporated they need show the following to secure a Certificate of Good Standing:
1.) The company exists in State Records.
2.) It is currently authorized to do business in that State.
3.) The company is current with all fees, taxes and other filings.
There are 3 main reasons it is important to ensure the corporation maintains a certificate of good standing:
1.) Open a bank account
2.) Qualify a company in another state
3.) Obtain financing or enter into a contract

I doubt Tom responds to every single one of them. Judging on the 11,000+ unread he doesn't. More than likely he only responds to investors he has built a relationship with over the past few months, and that have proven they are loyal Bravatek investors.
Also, judging by his choice of words, he knows this guy Matt who e-mailed him.

Bastards! I keep buying at .001, and some of you were able to buy more at .0009 If my HD options didn't get effed today I would have been able to close and buy more BVTK. Now, I have to hold for another day or two until it rebounds from their positive outlook. Average is at .0012..I suppose I'll just envy those that continue to buy lower, and hope I can buy before it blasts off too much.

Ihad placed it on Alibaba, but looking at your list of helpful websites to research I found earnings whisper. Retracted my option due to a position that was against the sentiment. Lesson 1 I've learned is to not go against the trend.

Agreed! I highly doubt any CEO slept at all this weekend due to Friday. Everyone is in scramble mode, and based on the connections, patent, and system offerings Bravatek has people were probably knocking on Cellucci's door handing him money.
I work for a large Fortune 150 company, and every quarter we have to take compliance training on various topics. Guess what training was on in the first quarter...cyber security, phishing e-mails, opening attachments, etc. Our IT department constantly sends out phishing probes to see how many people click on the attachments or URL's, and more often than not the outcome is pretty bad with a lot of people clicking or opening (I'll admit I was one). These attacks are very sophisticated now, and not like what you hear, "the prince of Egypt needs your help, send him money".
Removing the human element out of the process will save companies billions due to ransom, IP, etc. War is no longer fought with guns and missiles. It's fought behind a computer screen now.

I don't think many people quite understand the severe threat that Friday's attacks posed. Chuck Brooks, posted an article that stated many security analyst think another large scale attack will happen tomorrow. In my opinion, Friday's attacks were only a feeler. There's a reason 180 countries were affected, but the world's largest power sees the least impact? That was a test sent out by the cyber security terrorist to 1. see what was possible and 2. see what America's response would be.
Unfortunately, our response was an EO that stated how out-of-date our systems are. The EO stated the government program heads had 90 days to create their proposals and submit for review. They would have to be absolute morons to wait that long, and I imagine many of them were already aware of the proposal and had begun creating them well in advance. For this stock to skyrocket to $1 in 1-2 months is not impossible if they get large equity backer to purchase outstanding, and set aside large portion for share repurchases from the many that will sell as this climbs.
Normally, I would say that large of a gain is impossible as well, but given everything that is falling into place and the people who are in charge of this company it seems like this really might be a once in a lifetime stock purchase.
And for those that keep saying Cellucci is a scammer...ask yourself this...why would a person with his credentials put everything he has worked for to scam a couple hundred people out of a casual Friday night outs worth of money? The man could be making millions as a CEO anywhere else...keep that in mind

Just placed May $108 Put options at limit price of .12.
I think the price is extremely overweight which can be seen in the uncertainty provided by the candlesticks over the past week. A lot more selling pressure is evident in the negative volume index which reached a 14 day high over the past 2 trading sessions. The savvy investor will look to sell at this inflated price catching the amatuer investors off guard and sending them into a selling frenzy.
The price has channeled right into the corner of a wedge pattern using the 20 day MA as support. I think the price will bounce off the upper bolinger band at 120.58 to start Monday's trading, and spiral down to more realistic prices. These technicals coupled with a moderate forecast of the future margins and earnings due to the up and coming monster that is JD.com will make put buyers a little extra spending cash this next week.
What are your thoughts?

Agreed! The bears and impatient stock players are selling out. TDAmeritrade shows the ask at .1 and bid at .0004. Do you think the ask is starting to show long traders GTC limit sell orders?

I completely agree. Getting financials current (researching and allocating every penny spent and how spent) takes time. Especially, if they have plans of being a legitimate company and not get audited by the SEC in the future. If this were a pump and dump they could have scrounged up a half a$$ unaudited 10k and be in Fiji right now. Along with the financials, Cellucci is trying to turn around a brand new company with a handful of people and not much cash to work with. That means making sure deals are in the works, and sitting in meetings all day.
This is not a lotto ticket that you can cash in the next day/week. Be patient, and follow the technicals if you plan to hold for a short period. Long-term investors that want to be multi-millionaires will pay attention to both technicals and fundamentals. Both of which are heating up, in my opinion.

Great info on the conversation with the CEO. Even without a PR I think this stock could make another nice run this week or next. The technicals are lining up. Price is beginning to channel and stabilize nicely between the 50day/200day MA (sitting right on the 50day) with extremely bullish candelsticks forming the past two trading sessions (homing pigeon & bullish engulfing). I believe we are at a bottom and the stock will bounce off the 50 day MA which would create a Golden Cross. Also, nearly 60% of shares are shorted right now meaning there is a little less than a weeks worth of cash sitting on the sidelines based on the av. daily volume. This will create tailwinds for the stock to climb even higher while bears scurry to cover their positions. Looking for confirmation at the .0011 price.
Any PR will just be icing on the cake!
