Big problem
for the ruling parties. Middle East is pretty much a sand box. 411,000,000 population and pretty much nothing other than oil. Agriculture is minimal.
EU pretty much used up...max population support levels now. Places to go Russia, US and Canada
China, India ...population, deep sh_t 9 on sale of 10...
