Other board is already spinning this as a last ditch effort to sell shares using toxic funding. So we have gone from the SEC shutting us down forever to forgetting about that and lets play fraudulant funding for awhile. They have already supposedly notified the SEC, who if memory serves, is listed in the new, shall I dare say it, ok, A LIE company as having taken a look at the new company. I'm so confused, The SEC has allowed the paperwork involved to be filed by a known criminal who is on an island somewhere with my money???
