Copy of a post I made on iHub backing up a fellow investor who has called "surfkast" out and who may have reported him to the SEC and FINRA.
I have plenty of evidence on all the bashers - particularly those that have been on $INCC as well for over 3 years for no apparent reason.
The $DIGX Company Attorney could certainly be provided with plenty of evidence regarding defamation attempts by "surfkast", "munimi" and "Full Contact Yoga".
In addition, conspiracy to affect the price of a stock is a felony and I have plenty of evidence of that recorded in the contemporaneous record maintained here on IH regarding their activities on $INCC and $DIGX.
Exactly. Those serious investors that have loaded 514M of $DIGX so far off the bottom know exactly what has been accumulated by themselves and fellow investors they network with.
They bid for .0003s when others were selling and they bought all the .0004s on the ask last Thursday and Friday.
Collectively they know how many shares they have.
They have done their own extensive DD and are satisfied with the official reports filed by the company.
They ignore irrelevant nonsense - such as charts and incorrect interpretation of the share structure - that will have no effect on the price as the company continues to deliver continually increasing profitability over time.
More importantly, by controlling a major portion of the O/S, they will be in a position to partially control the availability of shares, as demand increases, by taking a suitable profit on a small portion of their holdings when they are ready. That's how share trading works - supply and demand. Some traders sell when they have a suitable return on investment they are content with - others buy when they are confident there is still a profit to be had.
They have also been protecting their investment by recording the numerous incidents of attempted stock manipulation by various means that all experienced traders are familiar with - particularly when similarities arise in the methods used.
