it is always a goal in play when non retail is upside down as they have been
on PTOI for years .. like a few others .. curious to see how many resets
are in play going forward b4 P2O files next
i should add that relentless compression (4 years and counting) on PTOI
will absolutely force capitulation for some .. it's quite possible the split trade
of 100000 today (of which some might have noticed approx 32% was marked)
may well have been a P2O investor's sell .. without time stamps' provided
there is no way of knowing
what can be noted .. is what volume avgs show .. and all with interest can
draw their own conclusions on what has been YOY YTD successively less
volume *traded* .. since 2013
imo by P2O mgmt not *providing* an Update to accompany the 8k filed for
the last MOU extension .. *guaranteed* that the 52 week low would be *reset*
and it was *shortly* after open that day .. on 5000 shares
