They are in last steps but big question remains what are details? My concern was would investment be debt disguised as investment but it will be true investment... hopeful news is soon and of course has not been finally approved but getting closer. So if this is speculation so be it but more factual than 95% of posts on this board. By the way, maybe they will use some of this money to complete Fins.
