1. On April 1st, 2017 AMLH merged with GGMN from a shell company to become public without filing an IPO. Mr. Christian Bishop is the CEO of AMLH/GGMN

2. GGMN hired A CFO, COO, CTO PR firm and Lawyer to expand the company and build their product line from scratch!!
3. AMLH became compliant with their filings to remove the STOP in May 2017. See link for all filings and attorney letters. Yield will be removed in 30 days after the last filing of June 2nd, 2017.

2. AMLH partnered with HRS to film their 4Cast shows. One 1 hour show per week will be filmed per contract.
3. Mr. Bishop announced that they will produce an "All Female Content shows" Coming soon
4. Mr. Bishop reduced the debt from $1.2 million to $430,000 within 2 months of inexistence. That is amazing. The CEO stated that he has used his own money to build AMLH/GGMN.

13. On May 31, 2107 Mariel Arlene Reyes resigned her position as COO and a director of the Company. The Board of Directors accepted her resignation.
14. All old shared from McFadden were surrendered to AMLH on March 31st, 2017.
15. AMLH was at the E3 eSports show located in Los Angeles, CA to set up meetings and 4Cast special screenings for investors, Advertisers, etc.

18. They hold weekly/bi-weekly Twitch events for everyone to chat and play games with Bishop and David. These events are very fun.
